Eric „ConcernedApe” Barone appeared for a moment with information on Haunted Chocolatier, which will feature a larger world than Stardew Valley.
Stardew Valley is expected to have a bigger world than his farming hit.
Eric "ConcernedApe" Barone has, for now, taken a break from developing his popular farming game (one could say: finally), although he doesn't completely rule out further expansion. Nonetheless, he is now focusing on his second project: Haunted Chocolatier.
The work will probably take a long time. Finally, since the announcement in 2021, Barone hasn't really had time to work on this title. Not when the "small" and definitely last update of Stardew Valley grew into a substantial DLC, and later "minor" patches introduced more new features.
So, we shouldn't really expect that the developer will soon flood us with materials from HC (although, who knows?). It doesn't mean that the American disappeared off the face of the earth, but he's also not overdoing it with his posts. Barone mentioned, for example, that the world of Haunted Chocolatier will be larger than that of Stardew Valley (via X ).
This brief information was enough to attract the attention of the developer's fans. Some of them are begging for any information or even just a single screenshot under Barone's post, while some internet s are suggesting content that "should" be in HC. For example, some romantic options.
