Star Wars Outlaws: How to win the fixed fathier race?

To get the Against All Odds trophy in Star Wars Outlaws you must win a fixed fathier race. On this guide page we've described all the steps - obtaining a datapad with information about the intended race winner, reaching the mini-game, and placing your credits on the correct rider. From our description you will learn how to unlock the trophy in Canto Bight (prologue) or in Mirogana (Toshara).

Fixed fathier race in prologue

1. The Against All Odds achievement is tied to the Fathier Race mini-game - stations for this mini-game can be found in every main location visited in the game. Simply playing the mini-game as usual is not enough. You need to find out who will win the race and then use that knowledge to make a bet. This will allow you to ultimately win based on the Fixed Race result.
2. There are several opportunities to earn this trophy, and the first one is the prologue in Canto Bight, i.e. the first main quest Beginnings. After exiting the canteen, take the path towards Preeban's shop. Along the way, you may encounter Valek, from whom you will learn about the existence of a datapad connected to the Fathier Races.

1. Find the datapad the man mentioned nearby - the quest item is shown in the image.

1. From the datapad you will learn that the next race is to be won by the youngest fathier.

1. Don't go to Preeban's shop yet, just go back a bit and go to the fathier racing table you by shown the picture - this is where you can play the mini-game.

1. A list of riders who will take part in the race will appear. You can browse them and read additional information about their fathiers.
2. The participant in the race with the youngest fathier is Sabacc Shift - the fathier is 1 year old as the picture shows it. Put your credits on this rider.

1. All you have to do is watch the race. The fatier you placed your credits on should win and you will play the Fixed Race correctly, unlocking the trophy.

Fixed race in Mirogana (Toshara)

1. There is a good chance that you may have missed the opportunity described above and cannot freely return to the locations from the prologue. Another opportunity for a fixed race will appear in Mirogana, the main city of Toshara moon.
2. You must infiltrate the Pyke Syndicate territory in the south-eastern part of the city. In the place shown in the pictures, hack into the ventilation shaft and go through it to the room with the Pyke vault.

1. In the described room there is a new datapad with information about the race - the picture shows it.

1. You will learn that the rider from Chandrila will win.

1. Go to the Fathier Races mini-game in Mirogana - the table can be found in the place in the picture. This is the central part of the map, southeast of the cantina entrance.
